SIGN UP FOR RESEARCH
The Delaware Stuttering Project is currently recruiting a number of participants for a variety of studies including the following groups:
Children between 6-13 years old
Criteria:
- With and without a history of developmental stuttering
- Formal diagnosis not required
- No history of cognitive or neurological impairments
- Not taking medication affecting brain function
- Other limited criteria apply – please inquire
Participants may take part in:
- Language assessments
- Speech motor skills evaluation
- Brain scans
Compensation:
- Compensation will be available for your time and travel.
Children between 8-17 years old
Criteria:
- With and without fluency disorders (stuttering/cluttering)
- Formal diagnosis not required
- No history of cognitive or neurological impairments
- Not taking medication affecting brain function
- Other limited criteria apply – please inquire
Participants may take part in:
- Brain wave recording (EEG)
- Behavioral tasks
Compensation:
- Compensation will be available for your time and travel.
Adults between 18 - 65 years old
Criteria:
- With or without a history of developmental stuttering
- Formal diagnosis not required
